How to put on Deaf Metal Cuff jewelry

I got the Deaf Metal Spiral cuff to help keep my attached.

But I can’t figure out how to get it on my ear; it really hurts, and I can’t get on. Do I pry it open more? That’s the only thing I can think of to do it. Their videos don’t really address it.

You can try gently prying it open a bit more. Also try positioning it at a different angle or place around your ear. If you’re still having trouble with it, try emailing them. They have good customer support.

Thank you, that’s exactly what I figured. I need them for sure, due to the aids always falling off! Did you pry them open with pliers or what?

I intend to try molds when I next see the fitter–plus time to have them made and fitting in another appointment, hopefully before Christmas, but we’ll see if that is possible.
