How do I stop scam and spam calls from ringing through bluetooth automatically in Target?

If you want the phone not to ring during certain hours, Do Not Disturb mode should work. I use it to prevent by hearing aids ringing when I am at work. You can also use Do Not Disturb settings to block calls from people. But these are phone settings, not hearing aid settings.

Like @Hildegard posted, it’s the phone settings you need to adjust. Target has nothing to do with incoming phone call routing.

My Pixel has spam detect, and call screen, where it answers the call and queries the caller.

Pixel phones have had spam detect since 2021.

No big deal on my end. All the people I have in my contacts list are the ones I want to speak to anyway. LOL.

@WhiteHat - Sadly, no. I ultimately had to go to the option that completely ignores all calls from scammers who are not in your contacts list. Which is fine because I don’t talk to anybody who is not in my contacts list anyway.

That is what I do. Yes I get a good many voice messages that I have to delete. My family and most of my friends text me. I get calls from the VA clinics and sometimes my wife when she needs to know if I need anything from the grocery store.
