I I was fitted for Costco’s Jabra Enhanced hearing aids yesterday. I will see my AUD tomorrow . I went all out and also purchased the mobile mic and the TV streamer. I tried out the TV streamer last night and I don’t see that it’s making a difference. I can’t hear the TV any better and maybe it makes understanding a little bit worse than not using it. D make sure o you all have any experience with the TV streamer? Maybe I’m doing something wrong. And do you have experience with their mobile mic? I have not tried that yet. Thanks. The fitter demonstrated with their unit. I am not aware if a fitting other than for my hearing aids. Did I miss something?

Just to make sure you have the Streamer working properly - have you adjusted the streaming sound volume with the TV muted (or the TV volume set very low)?

I’ve had good results with streaming for many years, both with the TV Streamer II and the newer Streamer+.

Did you buy the accessories with the ? I think that Costco staff usually pair your aids with the accessories before you leave the store. I have earlier Jabra EP 10s, but I have a program for my TV Streamer and one for my Multi-Mic.

Have you checked the user guide that comes with the TV Streamer+? If not, and if you don’t see the TV program in your app, your best bet is to follow the steps in the user guide.

If you or Costco have followed the steps, and you do have the TV program as a choice in your app, then shootist probably has identified the problem.

Costco did not program the TV streamer or the mic. Yes, I purchased everything. This morning I read all of the user manuals. I did not know what to expect. Should I get an appointment to have these set? Thanks.

That was the problem! I did not what to expect. I was sent home with them still unopened.However, the great news is that I had an appointment with my AUD set up to follow Costco, and she set up everything. I am so pleased with the purchase! Thanks for belping me troubleshoot.

Mark, Thank you. I believe that the streamer is working now. The video was very helpful. I watched it multiple times.
