I just received my Noah Wireless adapter. Does anybody know where I can download the Connexx Software? Many thanks!

@tenkan when connecting to Connexx for the first time will it load all the current setting or will it cause it to go to default setting. I had my hearing aids tuned to a Real Ear Measurement and don’t want to lose what my specialist did for me, I just want to be able to make tweaks when I feel its needed rather than waiting weeks for an appointment that will take seconds.

Yes it will, as I mentioned before, you just need to make up 2 client’s in Connexx, one for your original audiology settings and one for your projects, cheers

Where I am confused is how to make one for my original audiology settings. Do I make the client, connect my hearing aids which will then load up all my current settings? then make the second client and proceed with making changes? I hope I’m explaining myself properly. I’m just worried connecting will just wipe everything away

Sorry I should of been clearer, it will load your audiology settings, this is the reason of having 2 clients, hope this makes sense now.

Yep that’s how it’s done, Connexx saves on the fly, did your read the user guide, you can also save to database session by using the save button, at the top of the tuning page, this video should help you, please be sure before starting, you get a demo simulation mode that you can also play around with to see how things work.

Hi, I’m completely new both here and to hearing aids. I’m hoping I can find the Signia Connexx fitting software. I just ordered my Noahlink Wireless for my Signia Insio AX. I’m hoping to try the Signia Active Pro IX in a few weeks. I just want to tweak these out before I make a decision. Any help with the software would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
