Hello,

I just received my Signia Pure Charge&Go 7 IX and I am looking for a download link for the Connexx 9 software. I’ll be getting the Noahlink Wireless soon. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have the signia active pro ix on order as well as the Noah wireless 2 device, does anyone have the link to the signia connex software to program the aids for my hearing profile and tinnitus notch therapy. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum @Sibbo great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time and as you have the Noahlink wireless already I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

I also am looking for a link to download the appropriate version of the Connexx software to program my Rexton Reach hearing aids. Thanks!

Hi there @khalil great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting and don't forget you'll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hi I'm new to the forum but have the same problem as many others.

I have a Noahlink wireless 2 but need Connexx9 and SiFit to get it to work

Any ideas or help would be most welcome!

Thanks

Hi @stevek1959 hey yeah that's unusual, I can't imagine what do that, but do keep a backup on a flash drive or similar for future reference.

Subject: Need Connexx Update for Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 7 (USA English)

Dear Forum Members,

In a week, I will be fitted with the new Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 7. Since I am unable to update my software through the standard utility, I am looking for the latest version of Connexx along with the database update containing the RexFit/SiFit data for the MaX platform (USA English version). I am a long-time DIYer (since 2009, starting with the Pure 701 and a Hi-Pro) and currently have a Noahlink Wireless programming interface that I successfully used with the Nx and AX lines.Any help providing the software or update files would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you, dpgersch

Since I am unable to update my software through the standard utility.

Why not, what's stopping you from using "update manager" ?

I am looking for the latest version of Connexx along with the database update containing the RexFit/SiFit data for the MaX platform .

Signia Max doesn't use RexFit which is for Rexton flavoured models, but great your giving a go, as you have everything else I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.

My original Connexx was older. Late 2025 the Update manger started hanging in the management category. I checked Windows Registry for any incomplete updates. I then reinstalled it on a clean PC and it would not update it hung the same place.

Sorry about the RexFit. I Cut&Paste to make sure I had the description correct. If I would have typed it my self or at least read it closer I would have caught the error. I am familiar with Rexton all of my original training was Rexton back in 2009.

Thank you for your assistance. The install and update were perfect. Now I am waited for Friday. Thank you again. I will recommend a raise.

Hi there @jabo great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting and don't forget you'll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
