Using 2 different TV Phonak Connectors

What is the aux on the laptop? Isn’t it a headphone jack? And your cables from the other discussion were usb cables, not audio cables. There seem to be several layers of confusion here.

i was having issues with aux (on my laptop) and as per the other discussion i was wondering if there was MFI happening between the aux/usb (being close together)

Looking more at the user manual for your computer…were you plugging a cable into the back displayport port?

I think your other problem was incorrect cables, or incomplete cabling. Use the headphone jack out of the laptop to the TVC. Use a usb connection (not the back) out of the laptop to the TVC. I’m still not clear that you’re doing this.
