Phonak target software available to download? I need to learn it

first time. Phonak audéo i30.

Not the best fitting experience. Everything is distorted, static,crunchy, and my voice sound distorted like a child’s walky talky and a big Tim can over my head.

Tinnitus. When I asked about tinnitus balancing program tuned to my perceived tone frequencies (6k,7k,8k,etc) she didn’t know how to do anything with it.

Because I am intelligent I was hoping I could get a copy of the phonak Target software she uses to download and learn the features and functions so when I return in a week or two at least I will be able to speak the language of this software to her.

I think I have a better chance if I understand what’s being done (or not).

Yeah I think that’s a separate package I believe in this instance, not sure what this “certificate” is, but I’m sure you’ll get it all worked out now.
