Lucky you to find one that would even help you since you purchased your aids online for a fair price instead of paying a ridiculous price from a local hearing aid specialist.

hmmm I purchased hearing aids trial from india, I purchased custom UP receivers from hearing aids specialist but I settings hearing aids myself using Phonak Target. I have to agree on one thing it was lucky that I managed to set them up and am happy with them

I see now you are from Poland. Things are obviously different there. Most hearing aid dispensers here in the US won’t help you at all unless you purchased the aids from them and paid their ridiculously high prices.
