Oticon Genie 2 self programming help

I’m new at this but I’m struggling to find the easiest way to turn down the higher frequencies. Everything sounds too bright and tinny. I’m afraid to make too many changes at once because I don’t want to mess anything up but I can’t seem to find how to make this adjustment. Still learning so I’m taking it slow. Any help would be appreciated!

As mentioned it’s very easy, but I think you need to have another read of the user guides and watch the video guide, really helpful for setting up the first time.

Hey no problem, pretty easy to let Google find a few for you, you can also install Genie2 and get them from there as well.
