Ask them to send it to the manufacturer, most likely they will send you replacement units

Give them a call. Explain to them what you have told us. See what they recommend. As mentioned they will return them and most likely replace them with new.

@Jeffrey1351 When I’ve had issues in the last few years where I did not need to be in the office to deal with a hardware failure, I put the failed equipment in a box and mailed it to the clinic. They sent it in, reprogrammed it on return and posted it back to me. Takes a couple days longer, (unless you’d have to wait a long to time to be able to bring it in. I could have walked in any time they were open.) Very easy, comparatively. PITA to have the equipment gone. But it is what it is.

Well, this may not get you anywhere but Phonak (this is disguised as Sonova which was all Phonak before they decided to segment companies for liability purposes and cost centers) North America Home office for Phonak is West of Chicago in Warrenville, IL But they also built a repair center and hardware creation-issues in nearby Aurora, IL. The phone number for that is (630) 821-5000.

These are really Phonak Lumity aids. Give the number a call, but they will probably send you back to Costco, who will then send them right there anyway. Sorry about the drive. They should be under 3 year warranty.

If my golf ball driver was good enough, I could have broken a window hitting across the highway at my old office, so I know where both are - no secret to anyone. lol
