ReSound ENZO IA - Any feedback from new owners?

Are we looking at different items for UK delivery they are showing a price of about £12 for a single earhook or £18 for a pair (including delivery)?

As far a travel charger is concerned as far as I am aware the only charger for the Resound Enzo IA is the one supplied with the aids. I haven’t had the charge my aids away from home yet, but I did manage to successfully connect the charger to the power bank I use for my phone, which seem to power the charger sufficiently to charge the aids. I haven’t got round to trying to do a full charge of the aids using a power bank so I would recommend testing this before relying upon it where you do not have access to mains power.

That’s the item I am looking at what price where you expecting to pay?

I think the listed price of £12 for a single earhook or £18 for a pair is reasonable and is less than I have paid for replacement earhooks for my previous aids

It is possible to use the Microhone with MS Teams or Zoom.

You will need a device that allows your aids to connect via . In my case I have MS Teams and Zoom set up on a Windows Laptop which has the FlooGoo FMA 120 LE /LE Audio Transmitter/Receiver.

The FlooGoo FMA 120 is set to the High Quality (one to one) Broadcast mode as opposed to an Auracast Broadcast and the FlooGoo is paired to my aids. The audio settings

One thing to bear in mind if you are using an alternative Auracast transmitter is that many of these are purely Auracast transmitters i.e. they only allow you to make a Auracast Broadcast which can be received by anyone with a Auracast audio HA or earbuds, but they do not allow a Unicast i.e. a LE audio connection to a single paired device or act as LE Audio receiver. The FlooGoo FMA 120 is an incredibly flexible device that can be used for in variety of different ways

Have you managed to pair it successfully with your aids so that you can receive sound from your laptop direct to your aids?

If so, I would suggest checking your audio settings in MS Teams and Zoom to make sure that the both the speaker and microphone are set to Avantree C82 LEA rather than your laptop speakers and microphone

Yes I did, and the sound comes to the using the C82 LEA, it just the HA microphone isn’t working for some reason.

Not sure if this is how it should be or the C82 LEA support HA microphone when using a laptop!

The C82 LEA Manual includes instructions under section 4.3 (starting on page 41) on connecting to a PC and using MS Teams/Zoom.

It’s disappointing that they don’t make one.

I’ve just been given the Danalogic Extend on the NHS which is (I think) the same as the ReSound Enzo IA.

Hopefully they do come out with one.

How are you finding the Enzo IA, is it better than phonak Naida?

Be interesting to hear the reviews of Resound Enzo Al from Zebra and Beltone. Any pro and conds? Im tempted to get Resounds Enzo Al as a trial and see if it is improvement from GN danalogic Ambio S 98.

I only have one now but I’ve gone back to my Ambio S 98 hearing aid as the only difference I found was hands free calling. Everything else, it sounded the same.

With my hearing loss, I wouldn’t spend the money to buy the Enzo IA as the cost is not worth it. As much as I love the navy blue colour they offer, I still wouldn’t spend the money on it.

Does anyone knows where to get mic-filters for the Enzo IA in the UK, or the part reference number?

The Resound Enzo IA microfilters can be purchase from Connevans see this link5. They are listed on Connevans as microfilters for the Resound Vivia but can confirm these are same microfilters that were included with the Resound Enzo IA I have

I believe the Jabra Enhance Max is the Jabra version of the Enzo IA but am not 100% on this
