Hi, I have just joined and am looking for a download link for Oticon Genie 2 as I am about to buy some secondhand Oticon intent 1 miniWrite hearing aides and will need to program them. Can anyone help, many thanks :folded_hands:

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device.

Hi there, I’ve a pair of Oticon More 3 hearing aids that I didn’t use for a couple of years but find that they are becoming more useful and probably need tweaking. I would appreciate the link for the Genie 2 s/w. I’ll get the Noahlink wireless. appeals to the geek in me:)

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I bought the Oticon Zeal and had them fitted by an audiologist. Since I like to be independent and want to optimize my hearing aids myself, I'm getting the Noahlink 2. And I'd like to have the Oticon Genie 2 software. Can someone send me the download link? Thank you very much, see you later, maybe.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier. Ich hab die Oticon Zeal gekauft und sie von einem Akustiker einrichten lassen. Da ich gerne unabhängig bin und mir die Hörgeräte selbst optimieren möchte, besorge ich mir das Noahlink 2. Und hätte gerne die Software Oticon Genie 2. Kann mir jemand den Downloadlink schicken? Hi there sure here you go, and thanks for your post on Phonak possibly locking us out on , hopefully it's not as bad as it looks...

easily available on the interwebs, but Genie2 software is the better place to find them, through help& support, takes you to website to download from.
