Since updating my BeMore app last Friday I have not been able to get it to work. Each time I go through the pairing stag and it comes back saying its found the aids continue. Then I get ready to go and press start. The app then crashes. I have removed app and done this at least 6 times and each time the same problem. Can anyone help?

Oh that’s no good, so streaming is fine through your , calls, media? Unpair them from your phone first and then try again with the App, are you on Android, as you could just reinstall an older App APK file.

Actually it’s very easy to find the APK files, just google

You’ll get lots of options to choose from, easy.

I have the same issue. Just spoke to GN Resound and they confirmed there is a bug in the app. Their IT guys are hoping to have it fixed ths week. Perhaps they should have tested the update before releasing it to us.

Thank you for sharing this, I agree they should have done better testing before release. But next time I will wait before doing any upgrade.

Are you talking about the 1.43 version? I’m using the Jabra 1.43 release and Android 16 without a problem, but I allowed myself to be talked into auto-update, and I think I’ll turn that off. :wink:

I just got the same issue (14th May; aids brand new courtesy of the NHS :slight_smile: ). After various iterations of deleting the app, restarting etc. I finally got it working, but with an error saying that streaming didn’t work and informing me to get this working I should unpair and repair. Foolishly I did that & now back where I started. Anyone else still having the same issue - especially if you have found a solution?

I called GN who assured me the above issue had been fixed and suspected it may be specific to my phone (Samsung 10se) which used Android 12; they have asked their HQ in Denmark who are on holiday this weekend. The guy I spoke to seemed pretty switched on. However in the meantime I figured out a way to get it to install, albeit without streaming working. What I did was, after the initial pairing and where it asks one to restart the aids and perform a secure connection, I went to my Bluetooth settings and unpaired the aids, then returned to bemore and it installed. I’ll reply later if & when GN come back with a fix.

Just back from audiology and tried to pair my new Danalogic Ambio S77 hearing aids to my Samsung Galaxy A535G via BeMore app. I have been round and round in circles and have given up.
I did not need bluetooth on my previous hearing aids so have deleted the app and will not waste any more time on it as I see others have the same issues.

I have the same aids and same issues, also given up. Using the Resound Smart app which sees the aids but does not connect. So I would probably need to change my phone.

Sorry, that appears to exactly the same pages and questions leading to exactly the same merry go round.

Deleted that one too.
