Oticon Genie 2 program download

Hi again, as mentioned look in your system tray and update genie from there.

Good evening. The thing is that for some reason the update agent in the tray is not working. I also plan to update my laptop and want to reinstall the Genie program again. I remember that I was able to update from version 23 to 25. But now I don't have any installation package. Therefore, I would be grateful for a link to the new program.

Not everyone can get the updates at the same time, updates are country dependant, so install using USA or UK as your country and then it'll work.

Hi, I have the Oticon Intent hearing aids. Could I get a link for the latest Oticon software? Thanks.
