The consensus seems to be that the larger size of the Spheres isn’t an issue for most. I wanted to see for myself without attending a clinic so I drew some crude models based on @thenantares photos and 3D printed them quick and coarse. I made the assumption that the non-Spheres would be similar in size to my KS10s, so used those for scale. I expect to be the only person to ever do that but in case there’s anyone else the model files are free to download. This was quite interesting to see! (Also like the Flying Spaghetti Monster plaque!)

I added a bit of receiver wire to the Sphere model and printed it vertically. It’s still crude but surprisingly it does hang in position like a real one. Bonus chili pepper vibe.
