I’ve had an issue on a couple of phone calls where I join the call, phone bluetooth is on and we are talking but phone bluetooth switches off and so I restart it, but then I’m getting repeated on-off bluetooth. I thought maybe my HS was touching the phone softkey but moved the phone clearly away from head and it was still occurring. Apart from the first time when the was definitely on then off and I turned it back on I’m not sure if it is the phone BT turning off/on or my processor connecting/disconnecting.

Any ideas here?

Has the processor and aid ever worked right during phone calls?

I use a Pixel 9 and K2 processors. If streaming calls ever get inconsistent I usually go into the Nucleus Smart app and forget the processors and disable audio streaming. Then got to my phones Bluetooth and forget the processors. Then boot the phone.

Now do a fresh pairing of your processor and aid, enable streaming and this usually stops all the querks.

Yes it’s been fine for 98% of the time, it’s just been a couple of calls where it’s gone haywire.

I’ll try redoing the connections, it’s just a pain it’s while I am calls with clients, so makes it hard to follow.

Another point is you can only have ONE Bluetooth connection at any one time. So make sure all other devices with Bluetooth have been turned off. Good luck.
