Advice please and maybe help

Hi everyone, first a big thankyou to those who have already helped me.

I have a pair of NHS Bluetooth hearing aids with the little cell batteries and I have bought a pair of audio m50 which I know are superior to the ones I have. I have no record of my fitting from the NHS at all, so my question is if I pair my NHS aids through noahlink will it show what they are set to buy the audiologist at the NHS and can I then copy this to the audio m50’s.

If it’s a dumb question please let me know but this is all very new to me.

Hi Chris. As long as you are clear, and that it is your data to request, you should get it. Last time I was at Scrivens I asked for and was given a print out of the . Previously, my data had to be requested and was sent to me in the post. It depends on the attitude of the person who sees you.

Hi I have just connected everything up and paired my NHS aids and got what I think is the chart I need, as said I am very new and green to this so a long way to go yet. Thanks for your answer.

Well I gave it a go after some reading and after 10 minutes the new to me phonaks are now the same as the NHS provided aids, or as close as can be I think there is some tweeking to be done but very happy with the result.
