Audio in mono not stareo

i have a acer pretitor helios neo 16 + phonak tv connector everytime i plug my tv connector into aux (on laptop) the audio in in mono but when i plug it in to my LG monitor (aux) the audio is in stareo, can anybody help me figure this out?

I don’t know but I suspect the solution is to go into Device Manager on the Acer laptop and look for sound settings.

i tried with another cable and i got stereo but in my left hear i got a high-pitched low ringing (like a airplane engine in flight)

?? That’s a usb cable ?? How is that outputting audio? Use a 3.5mm audio cable from a headphone jack to the TVC. You use the usb cable to power the TVC…not audio.

i know that aux carries audio but could the problem be caused by if the power cable is insilated to cut back on emf?

On the left side towards the front there’s the headphone jack. Plug the 3.5mm audio cable into there and then the other end 3.5mm into the TVC. On the right side towards the front there’s a USB-A port. Plug the USB-A (large usb) into there and then the micro-usb end into the TVC.
