Roger IN select codes when fitting aids

So when you have aids with the Roger licenses installed you have to move them back to Roger before connecting them to Target correct? I fitted my first couple pairs of aids this week and ready to.move on to Roger and other accessories.

Not sure what you are trying to do, however, there is no need to move licenses/ receivers before connecting to target. If you are adding licenses to a second pair of aids and you have Roger On version 1 or 2 you can download the free Roger Upgrader software from the Phonak web site and replenish the licenses in your Roger. If you have Roger version 3 there is no need to do this.

Don’t want to lose purchased licenses is the main concern. Seems it would be real easy for the software to lose them several ways actually.

Although I can’t rule out the possibility of software losing Roger licenses, many of us have successfully connected to Target and not lost Roger Licenses. As mentioned above the free Roger Upgrader Software allows you to replenish licenses. Seems like you’re more likely to create problems by trying to move licenses back and forth.

Hm interesting, I did not know there was an official way to get licenses back. Hmm Cool thanks you guys. I guess I’m ready to put the licenses back on the aids then, I think I’m officially done with fitting my first pair of aids. Been a really cool experience.

No problem, I just don’t want somebody to waste a lot of time trying to do something that will never work.
