Question - I’m using Starkey Omega 16 ’s, and find that whenever I modify a setting (personal, crowd, outside, etc), and try to save it, it reverts back to the original factory setting. How can I save my settings?

Yes. If I’m modifying the ‘personal’ setting, I just hit save and exit. When I go back in, it’s reverted to factory settings. Quite frustrating when trying to dial in certain volumes, treble, bass, etc. for specific situations.

Update! I just talked to a rep at Starkey, and she told me that if I’m trying to modify the settings that came with the ’s, I can’t. Those are professional settings based on my hearing test. If I want to make modifications, I can create a ‘custom’ setting, call it whatever I want, and play with those settings to dial things in. THOSE I can save. Makes perfect sense.
