Oticon intent 1 comes with the original box, manuals, case, charger and US plug. No receivers are included, but you can buy 85db/100db receivers for $25 on ebay easily. The pictured custom earmolds are NOT included! Asking price $1400.
I can program the aids if you send me your . Payment with PayPal only. Free worldwide shipping to any destination. Delivery time approximately 3 weeks. If you need faster delivery, then you will have to pay $200 to DHL for guaranteed delivery in 4 days.
As I understand it from several comments on this forum, Oticon Intent 1 is virtually the same as the Phillips 9050 which Costco in the U.S. sells for about $1,800.
I been wearing Intent 1 for about a year and purchased them for $1149 on ebay. I am very happy with them! They had a reutrn for 30 days. How much use have your aids had? I am looking for a used pair in case I have problems with my aids. I am very active for 89 and fear that I may lose one of them or they stop working. I have a University of Arkansas programer and would not need any help with the set up as she is only $50 and provides unbunded service for that amount. Sam’s Club is also offering a pair that would work for me at about $1399. So I don’t know what I’m woried about. I would purchase for a lower amount if they don’t sell.
Maybe it Is it better to pay $6000 instead of $1500?
For many people, yes. The peace of mind that comes with bundled services, including supplies, reprogramming, services, return policies, fittings, and more, is a significant advantage. Additionally, the availability of a professional to assist you further adds to the convenience and reassurance.
I agree @portage with him. Both Sams and Costco sell a similar device for ~$1600 including all bundled services, warranty and theft/loss coverage. If a non- person buys from you, he/she will have to pay $$$ to program them (and finding that specialist may not be easy).
It’s more risky than buying from eBay because there is no eBay money back guarantee.
$6000 includes manufacturer warranty and new batteries. $1500 aids: the remaining battery life is unknown and the warranty is not transferable.
Oticon will release a new platform/model in early September.
I 'm not criticizing your ad, price, or anything else. I’m simply responding to your question “Why not buy from me at this price?”
When one of my Starkeys broke down, I had to use Oticon Real aids while Starkey aid was away for the repair. Meanwhile, 1x Oticon Real broke down, but luckily refurbished Starkey aid was returned to me from the manufacturer just in time. Unlucky is that Oticon Real does not turn on at all and has no active dealer’s warranty and I can not directly send to the manufacturer for repair. I decided to keep the remaining working Real as a backup.
I imported Intents from abroad, but could not order 105db custom receivers in my country. I found one American hearing specialist on eBay and sent her my earmolds, but when they reached her, eBay had suspended her for selling hearing aids on eBay. So I don’t have any use for intents since 100db receivers are not powerful enough for my loss.
AFAIK several months. I bought them on eBay for $1400 and imported from abroad. Personally I could not use them since I was not able to get 105db custom earmolds in my country.
Hello, Try contacting this email address: heidi@lydtillivet.dk. An audiologist can make custom 105 ear molds for you, provided you send them ear impressions.
Thank you for the suggestion. However, I prefer the disposable batteries and decided to keep my still fresh Starkey edge for at least a year. Also, Intent was no longer worth the trouble it has caused me. Maybe next year I will buy Oticon Verit 105 when the prices drop. Oticon Verit 105 does not need custom receivers, just simple silicon earmolds will suffice.
In the US you can get those brand-new with 3-year warranty for 4,500 and that is without any insurance. 1400 is a fair price considering the warranty is void and most likely a self-fit. However, your biggest issue is the risk with the order itself. Filing a claim, the cost and hassle of returning the item, and losing the $200 for expedited shipping with the possibility of not getting your money back. If you deliver everything as you say, a nice deal, if not, it is a huge loss. Just not worth the gamble.
I can link my eBay account for those interested to verify my selling feedback. I always strive to satisfy my clients. I have sold 40 items on eBay and not 1 unsatisfied customer complaining that my items were faulty.
It costs around $1,599 to $1,699 depending on your region, and the only model I think is worth considering for a good deal is the new E Sphere, which isn’t available at Costco.
