Hi I am. Trying to find and download genie 2 to program diy oticon aids.for myself.i have MS issues with profound loss in 1 ear which varies.Ent and audiologists are not sure if a cochlear implant will .so I want to give diy a go.thank you in advance jim

Welcome to the forum @jimmc great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hi. Just purchased the Noahlink wireless device to use with Oticon Zeal hearing aids. Trying to test reprogramming for the music program and kindly request link to the genie 2 software. Thank you!

Hi, I already had Genie 2 installed several years ago, and the Genie Updater was updating. I now have version 2026.1, but I don’t see the new Verit and Zeal devices, which I know are already on sale in Italy. The updater is from 2025. Maybe it no longer works?

Hello, I would also appreciate link to get latest Genie 2 so I can finetune my Zeals as my local audiologist doesn’t have device and is quite far away from my home, which makes the process super tedious. I have NW2 already on its way to me. Thank you!

Sure, except that an Italian hearing aid specialist on a forum told me that the Zeals appear automatically if they’re connected to Genie. This seems strange to me, since on my 2026.1 I only see up to Infinio when disconnected. And just out of curiosity, as I happily use a Lumity with Target.
