Signa Connexx + Noahlink Wireless 2 no link to Silk 3X + CROSS Silk X

I owns Signa Silk 3X on Right ear and the CROSS Silk X on the left ear.

I just purchased and installed last Connex and the Noahlink Wireless 2. Every thingh seems right. USB drivers installed. When I hit “Connect” on the Connex software the Left and Right leds of the Noahlink briefly blink but noSigna earing aids are found.

I followed all the tips. Open and close the battery lid to reset and within the 3 minutes I tried to connect. I used new batteries. No luck

Any tips from someone that succesfully established the connection?

Thanks for the tip. I purchase online the ConnexxAir and now I can program it
