Roger Select Lag

I have a 2018 Roger Select and also a Roger On and both have the latest firmware. They are paired to my Paradise P90’s one set at a time. The Roger On works perfectly in all modes but the Roger Select when in table mode has serious lags when switching between microphones ie when switching between speakers on opposite sides of a small/medium size table. I’ve hardly used the Select so I’m not sure if it has always done this. I’ve tried resetting and rebooting the Select to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this?

in table mode I leave all microphones active except the one facing me.

I used my Roger On today in my boardroom and it worked perfectly.

What do you think it could be?

I’m not sure how to go about repairing a Select. You say you have rebooted it, maybe updating it with the Phonak upgrader app would help. I would try banging it on the table or kicking it. If it was still under warranty Phonak would just send you a new one rather than trying to fix it. If out of warranty the cost of repair would probably be excessive. I use mine all the time but if it broke i would probably put it in my drawer of broken things. Good thing you have the ON

I don’t have any suggestions either. Since you have a Roger On, why not just use that. It is just as good as the Select in table mode. You can get the same direction ability with the MyRogerMic app. Even better idea pick up one or more Table Mic Ii’s. I got a couple on EBay and use them when in larger groups.
