My sister and I have the latest gen of Resound Vivia . She complains that hers keep turning off for a couple of seconds then restarting automatically. I thought she might have a lemon, but mine just did the same. Is this a thing with the Vivias?

Does the turn off, or just the sound. I have notifications turned off as I think the (d**ned) app suggests, and I lose the function when, for example, a text msg arrives or sends.

I am pretty sure they are turning off since I hear the tones that sound when they turn on. They also reset to Program 1 after it happens.

Well that’s super weird, both sets randomly restarting though the day? No no are supposed to do this, as mentioned, noise reduction was the first thing I thought off.

Mine are Vivia 9s, they definitely don’t do that, that’s sounds really annoying. It’s quite a mystery why it’s happening to you both - but the answer seems clear, take them back.

My sister did get new ones. Mine only did it once, but they will go back if it keeps happening. We both have 9s.
