I’ve just received new Phonak Nadia L90-SP hearing aids. The trouble is that my audiologist hasn’t been able to adjust them to my liking as she did with my older Phonak hearing aids. Even though she copied the same target graph from my old hearing aids, the new ones don’t match the same targets.
I’m becoming quite frustrated because we’ve tried several times without success. I’ve noticed that she’s using the software mentioned above and a Bluetooth device called Airlink 2 to adjust my new hearing aids.
It’s costing me $200 per audiologist visit, and I’ll probably need more appointments before we get the settings right. Guven that I’m computer literate, I’m wondering whether I can use the same software and device with my PC to adjust my hearing aids at home.
