Resound Vivia 9 problems with new Firmware version : 10.62.1.0 update

With new SmartFit version 2.3.334.43 the new firmware update 10.62.1.0 gave some troubles.

The Windreduction act as Impulse noise reduction as result the volume fals out by every harder sound.

The volume of the right earpeace goes uninspected high and after a few seconds back normal with no reason.

Until now , no respons from Resound. !

Yeah one of the reasons I always say don’t update software/firmware unless it’s absolutely necessary, did you try resetting them, or a new fit up in SmartFit

You can’t change the firmware to the previous version because it ‘s not available I suppose ?

No you can’t do this unfortunately.
I’d try a new fit up, and see if you can improve on the issues your having.
