I figure y’all might appreciate this…
I clipped my oticon connectclip to my husband’s hoodie while we were in Home Depot and we were able to talk like normal :scream: such a game changer! (only had my intent 1s for about a month)

Him ahead of me? No prob! His voice is right in my ears! And I respond at my normal tone, which he can hear - like a normal conversation!!

We realized that many of our arguments the last couple years was simply because I couldn’t understand him. (married 19 years)

Really kind of amazing how can affect life!

I may finally have to get one of those! But, after 56 yrs of not being able to hear her grumblings while walking away, I may be shocked to know what she’s really1 saying!

MrsRalph, Yes, I believe the male brain has evolved! I think of it in terms of how I understand operates. Provided an auditory signal from a particular frequency with specific harmonics etc., the male brain searches for all relevant data in both conscious and unconscious memory storage and then proceeds to evaluate it as to significance and its potential threat. The analysis proceeds along categories such as: signal is significant; signal can be safely ignored; signal is dangerous if ignored.

Sadly, errors occurr.
