It is not required . You can use PatientBase from Starkey instead of Noah.
That old version won’t install on Windows 11. It refers you to a newer release on the Starkey site: https://patientbase.starkeyhearingtechnologies.com/

Yeah it’s definitely not required, so you install in standalone mode and you’ll be good to go, install patient base first and then Profit.
