Hi,
I was just fitted with my Zeals. Excellent, comprehensive calibration to match my loss profile. No issues with anything save the pretty horribly tinny audio streaming and calls. App streaming EQ adjustments no real help. Can this issue be addressed, or is this just what it is? Thanks, much!

I just got them 3 weeks ago. They’ve only been available since February. I visited my audiologist who did a computer call to Oticon. The Oticon rep helped adjust the streaming/phone call eq. It s better now. Cool stuff.
