This is how Latest works now with the exception of going bold again—that only if you actually scrolled the whole thread... If there are still any unread posts in the thread when it gets a new reply, it would not go bold again ... which seems correct given you didn't have enough interest to read the whole thread in the first place

Having said that, I'm also thinking about adding an option to keep bold always and instead just show a zero count that is slightly faded when the post is caught up AND show unread post count even on never-opened topics. I guess some people have trouble reading the faded version.

Oh, I think I finally get what you're saying... so this isn't a notifications alert but just an activity within the tab alert. Sorry, I know you tried to explain this before. It would be nice to retain the notification alert (red) but add in tab activity one as well. There's not much real estate...

It was, but I don't find it frustrating in any way with the current layout, whereas the initial version of the upgraded forum placed a lot of friction in the way of me using it.

The new home page organization is now live. Hopefully it helps those that asked for a "catch up" feature. I think it's an improvement myself, so thanks to those that asked. But, let me know how everyone's feeling about it!

I see that the settings allow saving a default view. Thank you! I'm finding it very usable right now. Good work.

It's subtle right now, but there's a link in the bottom right of the page. I can add one to the dropdown menu!

Please use the "not interested" button in catch up to never see those again :)

I haven't been brave enough (I might miss something) to use "not interested", but I'm glad it's there.

Where's the Not Interested button? And how to delete Bookmarks?
