Phonak EON Sphere: What Do the Spheric Speech Activation Numbers Actually Mean?

I've just now posted my audiogram. I'm not sure why, but even though I entered my bone conduction thresholds for each ear, they don't all show up in my profile, and I'm not certain I entered the WRS score(s) correctly. Apparently there were 2 tests, listed as NU-6 1A and NU-6 2A, both "ordered by difficulty," and a comment was entered by the tester reading "May hear almost as well as normals hear in noise."

Perhaps I just go to the wrong restaurants.

From my meager understanding of WRS testing, apparently the prediction is the AI may not help me much.

You have normal/near-normal hearing up to 1000 Hz. t's highly probable that your healthcare professional prescribed open or vented domes to prevent the occlusion effect, but did not check whether you actually experience it.

If you want to have better AI denoising like in advertise, you need gave closed or even power domes a try. That will create more eaplug effect, so new fitting (ideally with REM) is needed after changing earpiece.

The best result wpuld be with earmold, but it's a bit hit and miss.
