I need the latest version (2.23) of the ReSound fitting software.

Hello. I have been using the ReSound Quattro 9 with the fitting software (version 1.15) for seven years, but it is getting old and experiencing issues like battery drainage, so I plan to switch to the Vivia.

I understand that the Vivia requires the latest fitting software (version 2.3?), so I am reaching out for help. I plan to practice using the Quattro first. I already own a wireless Noahlink. Please help!

Hi there @paraman great your doing a bit of , are those Quattro rechargeable, as I'm not surprised your starting to have some issues! As you have the Noahlink wireless already I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.

I would like to know more about the Vivia 9.

Please provide information regarding the initial fitting process (such as whether I should submit my ), included accessories (like the charger), and the price.

The Vivia's are very good 's I have them and self program .... I find that the in-sue testing works very well for me, it give similar results as a test in sound boot.

Depending on where you are located ... the Jabra 30 from Costco is the same hearing aid as the vivia 9 , that is what I have , I got them at Costco , at the time I could not find any used ones. Before them I found used Jabra 20 , which are the same as the resound Nexia 9 ...I find it hard to tell the difference between the 20 and 30 , the only difference I can find is the hear in noise setting. But I am almost never in a restaurant or other noisie place to use that setting. The hear in noise setting on most of the new aids requires a closed fit (power domes or molds with very small vent or no vent ) , and I find the hear in noise to be a very strange sound.
