I wear a Signia that I purchased to replace my Oticon that I found didn’t allow me to increase the volume sufficiently in view of my being deaf in right ear with 70% loss in left ear in which I wear the aide. While the Signia does allow me to sufficiently for Bluetooth music streaming, I am plagued by high pitched pops that do not occur with the Oticon aide.
Anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

Well that's interesting, I've not heard of anyone else having "popping" when streaming, have you tried different devices to check that it's definitely the .

Yes. Using my original Oticon hearing aid results in no such pops listening to the same passages???

I am streaming MP3’s downloaded from iTunes to my apple phone and, again, same iPhone and same mp3s result in no pops at same portions of mp3s with the old aid and re-playing same portion of mp3s with Signia aid results in no pops at same portion but at different portions so it’s not the MP3s.
I’m a former engineer well-versed in fault isolation so the new pops on same MP3s with Signia aid is a clear case of BOHICA.

There are apparently known issues with iOS26 and MFI bluetooth audio streaming. Are you running this? Can you update to iOS27 (released yesterday) and see whether this resolves the problem?
