Any audiologist here can do adjust for my Phoank Naida P70 UP with my Phonak Target & Phonak Nohalink Wireless, I can give you my teamviewer and and stuff with my latest .
My complaint is: Loud noises, can't hear the speech as well, /machines.
There are virtual clinicians who do this kind of work and might be happy to see you. You just need to look around and see what might be a better option for you depending upon your time zone etc. You will need to pay for their services. I don't do this kind of work at the moment.
Appreciate your comment, the point of posting here is to find a genius audiologists ones, I've meet too many audiologists and i'm not benefiting properly and its been a long time being same situation until i become utterly exhausted.
So I bought the device (Nohalink Wireless and I have Phonak Target Software installed) I've test by my own but im not that good by reading or doing these stuff, so I was asking for a favour help from audioglosits here which can come my pc as Teamviewer/Anydesk do their amazing who has great experiences which will really make me happy so that I can work properly good and hear speech better.
I'm really sick nowadays because of it and need to do something to help myself, also I bought my aids its expensive too.
Not really, I'm from Egypt, idk if that's possible to transfer money.
My country faces persistent pressures and structural shifts within the banking system, compelling banks to prioritize electronic channels for outward transfers.
If the Audiologists from Egypt, I can pay very easy.
There are plenty of Australian audiologists who do remote programming simply because of the size of the country. What they need is liability protection to work with overseas clients. Have a look around the internet and get in touch with some of the clinics to see if they're willing to help you.
Of course, I would be willing to pay for this service. I have the Signia software and a Noahlink Wireless 2.
Uh, but you already have what you need to make the best set up for yourself, why would you be wanting to "pay" for something you can do? there's nothing anyone can do by remote care you can't already do, seems like a waste of time and money 🤔
Yes sure a lack of confidence will ruin any project, as most people start with their Audiologist settings and just "tweak" from there, but having the software and hardware already makes be think otherwise.
I got all devices which able to make the work but I can't, reading numbers or stuff It's not by my hands, it has a lot of things that needs experiences from audiologists who really can help and make our aids great.
In my case, it's not lack of confidence. I do a lot of projects.
I know how to do minor tweaks or enable/disable features. But I don't know how to interpret frequencies, gain, compression, etc.
I live in a country that lacks proficient hearing care professionals, and the hearing aids available for purchase are two generations outdated and priced at 3-4x the price in the US. To buy and set up the hearing aids with , I have to go to the US.
I can't travel every time I need an adjustment. The Signia Assistant and TeleCare are helpful but insufficient.
I would gladly pay an audiologist or a hearing instrument specialist for extra remote fittings via TeamViewer.
Does the audiologist whom you purchased the hearing aids from not offer telehealth appointments? If you've purchased a product from someone they should be able to support you as they have a pre-existing relationship with you and have seen you in their clinic. This shouldn't cease just because you're overseas.
Can they provide remote support via remote desktop connection / teamviewer given that you have the software and hardware? It shouldn't be that difficult.
Next time consider getting Phonak hearing aids if you're dependent upon remote care. Even the feedback calibration can be run via Phonak remote care.

How do non-Phonak (brands that don't do remote feedback tests) online sellers that only offer remote fittings determine the best domes to use? Without remote feedback tests, how can they ensure the domes prevent feedback? Do they simply rely on the software's default feedback curves?
I've always wondered how internet stores do this.
