Has anyone come across a hearing aid that incorporates a translator?
Alternatively, and device that works with hearing aids to facilitate live translations?

The Starkey Omega and their new AI+ have translation through the My Starkey app. You might see if that is what you are looking for.

No hearing aid has that feature, although in summer 2024 there were Phonak marketing videos suggesting that feature will be possible in 2028 or 2030.
EDIT: I didn't know about Starkey Omega and AI+ END of EDIT

I have the Starkey Edge .
It can translate.
I tried it with a Spanish speaking lady I know.
When you speak English the Spanish translation shows on your screen in the app.
Same with the Spanish, it's on your phone screen.
It was slow. Aggravatingly.

How would in aid translation help if one can't speak the language to the other person (unless both are wearing aids with this function)?

For me it could be useful. I can't understand English speech well, but I can use simple spoken English in reply.

, I am very surprised at your comment that you don't understand English speech well. Your written English is excellent. So much so, I had thought maybe you were American or English, but who moved to Poland.

Compare this to my :
10 years ago, I couldn't even watch movies, because I couldn't synchronise characters talking with what I read from the subtitles.
Now I can read even with no aids and even fast talking Dr Cliff 😅
Your written English is excellent. So much so, I had thought maybe you were American or English, but who moved to Poland.
Thank for kind words. And thanks for @kevels55, because he also was that nice a few weeks ago, when we discussed and competences. That written English was after training with translator and especially after working with their module which can correct my sentences.
However, I noticed that often corrections aren't what I want, because they don't carry the kind of thought I want to emphasize (theoretically the same info, but suggesting different context).
I am in this forum from 2019 and treated it also as a place in which I could train myself to be at least more fluent with writing. It worked, I'm much freer in writing now.
Keep in mind that I still use the translator, especially if discussion is pretty heated and I need to be sure in conveying thoughts "between the lines" for not making arguing worse.
