Does anyone use over the ear headphones with hearing aids i have profound hearing loss in the highs but my left ear is almost normal and my right ear is moderate
Im currently using my resound nexia with audikast 4 to list to tv but for gaming id like to use my audeze maxwell

I've worn bose headphones many times over my aids. It's fine.
I've also worn a Flightcom aviation headset over them. Also fine

I use Sennheiser HD 280 Pros specifically because they have elongated ear cups. Adjust them so that they ride as high as possible, then the sound reaches the mics on top of your aids. No problems with my Phonak Lumitys.

I wear Sony over the ear headphones on top of my hearing aids and works well for me but I have mild loss and . Might not work for you. I recently tried out the AirPod max in the Apple Store and found that they were very comfortable over my hearing aids!
