I have Paradise Audeo 90 that passed warranty 3 or 4 months ago. They still work but need new batteries and a Revival if possible. The Roger Select stopped functioning at all. Are they renewable? Got them online but seller was unsatisfactory so I've just been getting by. I miss the clarity from Roger Select.

You might be able to get them serviced through an audiologist. The problem is the name attached to the aids at Phonak's end will differ from yours. Whenever buying and selling aids it's important to get the original audiologist to change the name attached to the aids with Phonak so you don't run into issues getting them serviced in the future. The Roger select should be serviceable as well.

What name should it be changed to? I have also Roger Select with totally dead battery...

Thinking about it, if the clinic the devices originally came from didn't provide the end user name but rather a customer code then it shouldn't be an issue. If a client name is attached then you can get the audiologist to change it to your name.
