Anyone have any experience with Epic? I’m not sure if it is a health plan/hearing aid plan or just a hearing aid sales place. They have Siemens on their list but there are so many different models, I find it difficult to compare with Costco and Miracle Ear. Thanks

I have United Healthcare insurance. They sent me to Epic for ’s. I called Epic and they sent me to a local audiologist where I was tested and fitted. I asked alot of questions, then went home and did more research before making a decision. Everything has gone well - no problems.

Same experience here. My insurance, United Health Care requires you to go through Epic. My ’s office is in their network so everything went very smoothly. They can get almost every hearing aid made, and they gave me no problems in accepting my audi’s recommendations. My plan covers 90% of the cost of the aids, but none of the cost of accessories. You have to pay your copay to EPIC, then your audi is authorized to order them. The transaction was easy and smooth, with no problems. If your Audi isn’t in their network, they will provide a list in your area.
