Dental X rays and Hearing Aids

I went to the dentist just last Thursday and the x-ray tech told me that their equipment uses micro second exposures with very narrow beam for side teeth (at the back of the mouth). He said unless I would be doing a “panorama” I don’t need to take them off. He did offer to hold on to my HAs but I figured since they’re so new I would just “test” to see if it did affect them or not. Everything turned out fine for 4 x-rays, 2 on each side.

I thimk the dental x rays are fine as they are really small compared to the standard x rays.

I remove mine for all X-rays apart from the densit.

Thanks for info guys. I didn’t get x rays at this visit but will double check when I get them at my next visit in 6 months.
