She laughed?! I don’t know to laugh at this situation (I actually did out loud for a second) or be concerned that she has little knowledge of the product?

I have used RITE aids at first I did not have that little retainer and my aids would come loose and almost fail off. My audi but the retainer on my aids and I was very happy for the next almost 5 years.
