I got repairs through lloydshearingaid.com. Very reputable. Less expensive – $250/pair about 18 mo ago. Lab used is in Wisconsin.
I got my aid back from Lloyd’s and it works perfectly. I’m very impressed with them. This aid appeared to be destroyed, although the colllection of dangling parts was squealing when we picked it up, so it was still working. I kept it all together in a baggie. Here is a photo of the good one and the destroyed one:

we can get your aid re-shelled for a cost of $150.00 plus $80.00, the break down is 150.00 for a six month warranty on any repair an 80.00 for reshell,i know the aid works now but when they replace it in a new shell they need to stand behind this work thus the repair charge. if you decide to do this let us know will need for you to take a cast of your ear to reshell it,will mail you the material to do this.
They sent me material to make two impressions- said they would use them both. My wife made the impressions and I sent it all off with a check for $230. It took about a month, but it came back neatly pacakged by express mail complete with a new battery and a cleaning brush. They even put the Oticon serial number on the side.
Here they are now.
