Siemens Pure 3mi - Programming with

Greeting to everyone,

My name is Dimitris and i am from Athens, Greece.

My mom earns a pair of this aids and i want to re-programme them doing that by myself.

I have already installed the Signia Connexx 8.

Also, I have bought a ConnexxLink for wireless programming and i have manage to sync the aids with the program. I can see the configuration, the programs , everything.

My problem is that my mother has done a new and i want to program the aids basing on this.

I’m a little bit scared because i have never done it before and i don’t want to make a mistake. The Aids are very important for her and without them is “lost”.

Any suggestion or help how to do the re-programming ?

PS. I’m uploading her new audiogram as i have transfered into the ConnexxEight app.
I’m also uploading the simulation of her “Universal” Program.

If Yes, you need to save the old settings into the database before you make any changes?

Then start another new session to make changes.

Yes, you are correct. I want to re-program them.

I have already done this. I have the current fitting in a separate session.
The new that i have already schedule is in new session.

When i’ll connect the aids with the new session in order to fit the new audiogram, the programming of the aids will be automatically be done based on the audiogram or i have to do the programming by myself?

I don’t use Connexx to program because I have Oticons. But I would create an entirely new Client (Mom New ). Though I don’t think it makes any difference between Client/Session, so long as you know which is which. Somewhere along the Detect process you should be able to choose whether you want to start with setting from the hearing instruments.

Perhaps someone else can say specifically where you get to choose whether to start by using the settings from the Hearing Instruments.

After you detect the ’s you are offered the option of using the program in the computer or reading the HA’s. If you choose the computer, you will lose HA’s history and settings if you write back to the HA’s. So, read the hearing aids and then save them via export. Then you can always import that program and write it back to the hearing aids. I concur, you should start a new user too. I am using Connexx 8.5.1.

Yes i have already done this, I created a user separately and saved there the current configuration of the ’s.
I have create another user for the new programming session.

Hello everyone,

I have an issue. I’m trying to detect ’s with ConnexxLink but it can’t detect them.
The distance between HA’s and ConnexxLink it’s fine.
Battery level of ConnexxLink is almost at the half.

Any idea of what is going wrong?

In the past I had managed to connect them.ω :frowning: :confused:
