Oticon Genie 2019.1 download

I will try to do it on Monday, but I don’t know how to change the country yet. The country is indicated when installing the program, is it possible to change the country in the running program?
If you are in Germany, are you interested in the list of Geno devices?

Firenzel, I reinstalled the 2017.1 program and chose Denmark. But this change did not change the list of available devices.

Please see the technical datasheet for Geno devices2 , in that they write , that you need Genie 2016 and later , and you need either

• FittingLINK WP2 for wireless fitting ,
• or HiPro / miniPro programmer with cables , depending what formfactor your device is.

The Geno devices have a propietary wireless radio (non bluetooth) and you can not use NoahlinkWireless for programming.
So despite the 2019 release, i assume that Oticon used older tech inside the Geno line from the earlier legacy hearing aids generations

You need the Genie 2017 and you need a HiPro or miniPro, with cables (+flex connect for customs ITE/CIC/…),
or you need Oticon FittingLink for wireless programming (FM compatible devices only)

What type of Geno HA are you try to fit ? BTE , miniBTE, RITE , CIC ?

Hi there, it is but it’s for older models from Oticon, or are you looking for legacy version 2017?

It’s for the Oticon opn s1.
I’ve bought them secondhand and had them programmed by a hearing care prof.
Sadly I’m not yet content with how they sound to me so was hoping I could tweak a little myself.
