Siemens/Signia Pure Primax 5px and SmartConnect Compatibility

I have Siemens/Signia Pure 5px aids and just got SmartConnect. Cant pair them. I also have fitting software and Connexx fitting device, but can’t find an option to upgrade firmware or anything else to make pairing happen.
Any idea?

Here’s a reference you should read/understand Product portfolio catalog 2017 PDF27.

More specific, on Page 1169 find Programming adapter/cable for Pure Primax. You can use a mini Pro/Hi Pro along with CS44 cables plus a pair of Programming adapters/Programming Pills/size 312 for the Pure Primax, or you can use ConnexxAir for wireless programming

Also see Page 8212 for which accessories you can use for the Pure Primax. SmartConnect is not a supported accessory.

Thanks for your reply. Can’t see any sense in first part of your reply, since I never mentioned any issues with programming - I can connect pc, connexxlink and aids, it’s not an issue. What I can’t do, though, is to connect smart connect to the aids. I could do it with Rexton minitek, so I thought it could be also possible with smart connect…

It was your mention of the “Connexx fitting device”. I don’t know what that is?

I would never assume that, if all people here, you don’t know about connexxlink. It’s programming device for Siemens and Signia aids. How come that you provide all these links to the software and don’t know what hardware is used?

Help, I’m trying to pair a SmartConnect with the wrong hearing aids. I forgot the software name and I forgot the software version, but I do have some fitting software and I have that that Connexx fitting thingamajiggy. I can’t say where or how I searched, but I can’t find an option to upgrade the firmware or anything else to make pairing happen. Also I can’t find my socks. Any ideas?

P.S. If you can decipher all this mumbo jumbo even though correct device names and pertinent details are not provided then I will disparage your comments after you reply.

I hope I did. I did say Connexx fitting device. You know, I feel sorry for people like you, spending all of their time in replying to other posts. You wrote whole text in attemtp to look funny, but it shows your lack of culture and lack of any quality time in your life. Think about it. Perhaps your mind was thinking about saying Connexxlink. But that’s not what you typed.

You typed the words Connexx fitting device! And now you go on-and-on about why I don’t know what a Connexx fitting device is. No one knows what a Connexx fitting device is? Connexx fitting device is a funny made-up device name known only to yourself. No one can know exactly what device you meant because it could mean more that one device.

But I am thankful that your previous post was your last word on this. Sheesh!
