I started this new thread for you. I guess you mean the KIND GROUP41, offering their hearing aids way over there atop Europe, and in Singapore (see map15).

The Comfort and Premium models tend to look like Oticon, so you might try Genie/Genie 2 fitting software and then try to Detect the hearing aids. Also re-branded hearing aids tend to be locked??
