Having a computer with Bluetooth makes no difference.

They work on LE Bluetooth which doesn’t connect to laptops anyway.

I couldnt find a download for resound smartfit anywhere, so i wanted to try my luck here.

Tenkan, when you refer to the user guides, do you mean something that come with the Noahlink, or something on this forum? If there are specific guides on this forum, please attach a link. And thanks for all your assistance.

Hi there, no I mean user guide for the SmartFit software, there’s no user guide for Noahlink wireless as it’s simply plug and play.

I need download link or PM for the latest Smartfit software. I have 1,5 but will not work with my resound Quattro 961 I have tried everything. It works with my other resound hearing aids but not with the Quattro. I have been working on them for over a week and cannot get them recognized. thanks
