Just picked up my Philips 9050s and returned them the same day. So now I just ordered the Jabra EP30s and If I could get the software download and any other guides, that would be fantastic!! I already have my NoahLink 2 sitting in the box and ready to go.

Hello everyone!

I’d like to share a recent experience with my Resound One 9 hearing aid, in the hope that it might help others too.

About a month ago, I started noticing that the sound was muffled. I went back to the store where I bought it and told them I suspected the receiver needed replacing. After a week, they cleaned the device and, unfortunately, reset it completely—so I lost all the custom settings I had carefully fine-tuned. The receiver still wasn’t replaced, and the sound continued to be muffled.

I had to go back again, and only after another week did they finally replace the receiver. Too bad they didn’t listen to me from the start… I had told them not to reset my settings.

Now it’s working, but the tuning I managed to redo doesn’t feel the same, and I can’t figure out why. I wanted to ask for help in understanding how to correctly adjust the three lines in the attachment—I believe they might be related to speech, background noise, etc., but I’m not sure. I’ve read up on it, but I still don’t understand how they work.

If anyone here knows more about these settings or has experience with the Resound One 9, I’d deeply appreciate any advice. I believe that by helping each other, we can all enjoy clearer sound and an easier life with hearing.

Ok so first off, did you not save your previous fitting session from your last project? Next I see only one , you should do both at the same time to keep them “linked” (unless you only use one that is)
Make sure your using the same acoustics and formula.
You need to reread the fitting guide and watch the video guide that I sent you on how to use SmartFit, you need to understand what your doing and why before just jumping in like this, asking about the “three lines” is a bit concerning, they are actually for soft, medium, and loud sounds and affects all sounds in the frequency range when adjusting, I’ll resend the guide’s if you want.

Are the Premium pro are the ones from Costco?

Any other alternative good ones for ? Can you point me to the software irrespective?
