Can't pair my KS8 hearing aids to new iPhone

On the old phone go to Settings, Accessibility, Hearing Devices, and the MFi Hearing Devices. Select that item, and go right to the bottom of the screen and “Forget this Device”. Then shut your phone right off, and open the battery door on your hearing aids. Turn on the new iPhone and go to the same MFi Hearing Devices page and close the battery door to turn on the hearing aids and put them right beside your phone. You should then be able to pair the aids to the new phone.

You may as well delete the Smart Direct app from your old phone too.
