Oticon replaced my hearing aids under warranty, are they new or used?

I have photographic proof under warranty with fitted moulded hearing aids that Oticon Ripped me off, Do Not Trust the warranty repairs, Dirty replacement and not my hearing aids. Subsequently i threatened the Audiologist with legal and possible A Current Affair. 100% refund returned They are Criminals. The Solicitor acting on behalf of the Audiologist completed the triangle as i had told him about the photo"s wanting me to sign a letter for refund which included "Without any admission of Liability "of all claims of any nature against the University Clinic or Audmet Australia (trading as Oticon).
Needless to say I responded telling the Solicitor to Shove it ! as he does not controll me!

Sorry, this bit sounds bogus.

Are they an official subsidiary or just someone who sells Oticon product? The ‘trading as’ description is back to front. Is it an Oticon branded store?

Show us the facts, otherwise your talking nonsense! Just remember the manufacturer has nothing in it to try and “rip” anyone off for a warranty claim, makes no sense, besides it’s up to the manufacturer if they replace or repair.

I don’t suggest taken photo’s at all , it was a gut feeling due to multiple continious repairs and falling out ! This prompted myself to take photo’s to prove my point.
As the repair from Oticon Stated the casing was not replaced and the Hearing clinic said they did not request a case replacement all on email Proves i was right !!!

Hi Tenken, What is it you trust a man;s comment , why would i waste my time joining this group ? What do you know of what the repairer’s do in there so called repair shop!! I am so Pissed off wasting countless hours travelling back and forth for repairs on a $5,500 , my Family are tired of me on going complaining about repair after repair.
My word is good and is not nonsense as you say !
For now i will not send emails from the university clinic , letter from University Solicitor nor photo’s as i will seek advise that it will not cause defamation , slander against me !
Show us the Facts you ask!!!
If permitted i will go for Hell, i will be Thrilled to Rubbish Oticon , Clinic and Solicitor , for that will be my Justice against BOGUS repairs from Oticon
